In the glass it shows a dark amber color, very sensual. On the nose fragrances of dried figs, pear, lots of walnut, candied fruit, honey and quince. In the mouth it is a symphony of flavors that alternate beautifully on the palate, in a harmonious and balanced way. The finish is very enjoyable, elegant and with a wonderful persistence
VINSANTO DI MONTEPULCIANO DOC 2009
Contains Sulphites - Product of Italy
Why we like it
It is the wine of hospitality. After a harvest, the grapes are dried on cane racks and vinified after about 5 months. Produced maintaining the tradition, it is then bottled after at least 10 years after being in small oak barrels of 15 liters
at the end of the meal with “splinters” of aged cheese or dry pastries.
